On Nov. 23rd, you serviced our garage (door) in 4S Ranch. You did a great job, and even went above and beyond by installing a new control panel when you noticed that ours was broken.

We absolutely LOVE our new garage door & opener. Jim, Soraya and the whole team are awesome and took great care of us. Our new door and motor are SOOOO quiet--even more quiet than our dishwasher and washer/dryer. Because it's now well insulated, it feels like we have a whole new living space in the garage and the kids hang out there more-. It is less cold in the winter, less hot in the summer . . . Thanks for a great product and great service ADS. You guys ROCK!

I live in La Costa Valley and recently our garage door had been acting up. Finally, it would not shut. My friend gave us the number to ADS and even though it was after hours A.D.S immediately set up an appointment.
During the appointment it was pointed out several pieces were broken causing the problem. The serviceman took his time to evaluate what he could repair and what would need to be replaced. His service was exceptional as he did not only minimize my cost by fixing the problem rather than putting new parts in, but also made sure it was done right.
ADS was first rate not only in quality work but also CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Highly recommend A.D.S. They were great!

On 18 September your company installed two garage doors at our residence. W e are writing to inform you of how pleased we are with the doors and the workmanship of the installation.
From the moment your representative, Wayne Henson introduced us to your company, and the products available, we had the feeling that here was a company that could spell "customer service". Wayne worked with us until we were able to make an informed choice of the doors we wanted. He was professional and courteous throughout the process, and we signed a contract on 23 August.
Once the doors were completed, an installation date was set, and Jim [John] and Mike showed up on 18 September. It is obvious from the installation that they knew what they were doing and took great pride in their workmanship. They also were very professional and courteous.
