When the spring oon our garage door broke, I called ADS and they sent Jorge Mendoza. Within a few hours, he was at our home after I asked them to please expedite this. They agreed! Jorge explained the repair and suggested a stronger spring, which he fabricated in his truck to the proper length. He said this one should last twice as long and he stood behind that with a better warranty. He lubricated the hinges and finished right on time. Great job! Thanks Jorge!
